Today I was able to see one of my good friends that I haven’t seen in a long time. It was really nice to be able to catch up with her and just chat about life. It’s made me realize that I haven’t really talked to a person in a long while. And I don’t mean talk as in, ya know, talk, but in the way where you really get to speak your mind and heart…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

It’s weird how time is flying by! Soon school will be over and then soon afterward I’ll be on my way to Alabama! I’m nervous and excited at the same time. I’m sad to be leaving home again, but opportunities like this make me feel like I am really taking advantage of my love of travel. I’m excited to see other places and people…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

Some days, I just really need something like this to bring me back to Earth. Something to remind me that all those little things don’t matter and that somewhere out there, someone needs something you take for granted. These kids need a school while I’m complaining about having homework and getting up early. Really? Wow…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

It was like arriving at a home away from home. And coming back was welcomed with open arms because I was missing everyone like crazy and just thankful to get home after the huge Storm Crisis that happened in Europe. But as time is going on, I’m beginning to think that maybe I was affected by symptoms of culture shock. Not in major ways, but some little things I’m noticing. Like…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

We went out to different places almost every day, relaxed, and just had so much fun. The best day was when we went out to dinner with some friends at the Olive Garden and afterward he and I went to the casino. Now, I don’t really condone gambling per-say, but I think it’s fun to go every once in a long while. And I won…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

So I haven’t really mentioned it, but I applied to two really exciting programs happening this summer. One I heard about from a professor and another I found on my own..two days before the application was due! I was really nervous about getting it in on time, but it was one of those opportunities you just don’t let pass you by. The problem is, they both run around the same time and are for two completely different…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

Every Toyota commercial promoting sales I watched made me cringe; now I understood the peak of sales for February! It has been nuts. Instead of cashing out a few car deals a day and mostly service customers, it seems to be almost even! Well, not really, but there’s a LOT more sales coming in! I’m crossing my fingers that…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…
