Never will I be able to remove myself from the Canisius community, however this is not a complaint. Held last Saturday in the penthouse of the original McGraw-Hill building near Times Square, the Buffalo-based charity organization, People United for Sustainable Housing (PUSH Buffalo), held a Buffalo reunion of sorts chock-full of La Nova pizza, chicken wings, Flying Bison beer, and Sahlen’s hot dogs.Read more …

Lately I’ve been on a mission to walk the major bridges in NYC and last week I made the 30 minute trek from Brooklyn to Manhattan on the world famous Brooklyn Bridge. Viewing Manhattan in its silhouette, I was appreciative of the opportunity I was given to reflect about the historical importance of the role of NYC in the growth and development of our country.Read more …
