We haven’t been told the format of the math and english finals but they shouldn’t be too bad considering I’ve taken this math before and English is usually one of my stronger subjects as well. The only final I have to worry about is Chem, which I should be able to do very well on, it’s just a lot of material that is all pretty different and diverse…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

The air is getting colder and frost is appearing on the cars. Walks to Health Science are becoming a little more terrible but hey, it’s almost over. This is the time of year I wish I snowboarded or skied. I think the winters would be a little more enjoyable if I had something fun to do to pass the time. You never know with Buffalo winters…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

We had a ton of desserts, smoked ham, turkey, excellent Mexican foods, cupcakes from Sprinkles and more. I would not even dare count how many calories I’ve consumed in such a short period of time. We watched TV and movies on end while sipping Dr. Pepper and munching on more snacks. If not this, we went to the rodeo, drove around Dallas, baked banana bread, saw the movie Tangled, made breakfast and brewed coffee using Keurig…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

It’s so weird to think my journey here is almost over. Where has the time gone? In a little over 2 weeks I will be back in the States…a little over 2 weeks ago I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my boyfriend’s visit. How has time passed so quickly?! I already have a final exam tomorrow. It’s crazy. I feel like there’s so much more of Italy and Florence I have yet to discover, yet my body is aching for home. It’s so strange! But after days of hanging out with friends, it was time to head back to Canisius. The day before school started up again I went to Syracuse to pick up my roommate and bring him back as well. (Our dynamic just works like that) My mom and aunt dropped us off at Seneca Niagara Casino for a free buffet! Funny story, we left our IDs in the trunk with our stuff so…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

All through high school I cheered for basketball but never really got into it too much until last year when my friend corrupted me and forced me to watch March Madness. I am seriously so happy she did and I cannot get enough of it. Thankfully we have a really good men’s basketball team here at Canisius. I have only been to two games so far…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

We actually just took our Halloween decorations off the windows and put up a light up Santa and snowman. You could say we are definitely getting in the Christmas spirit, one of our roommates a little more than the rest of us. She was actually playing Christmas music during dinner tonight. Festive, yes, but…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

My friend who lives in Rochester had two tickets for the concert at HSBC so we went and had a great time. I always knew he had a lot of fans but I did not think HSBC would be as packed as it was. Plus, the amount of people from Buffalo who listen to him, the metros were also packed…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…

Papers and projects for my art class consumed my life for a couple weeks before break but it’s all over with for now and I’m ready to prepare for exams. I’m just getting really sad that it is already nearing the end of the semester! Time moves way to quickly, I seriously feel like I was just a freshman, and I am already going to be a sophomore in her second semester…CLICK HERE TO READ MORE…
